We hope your Everly bag goes everywhere with you — but if it’s not the perfect fit, no worries. You can return it within 14 days of delivery.
What’s Eligible
Your bag must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging still intact.
Please note, personalized and final sale items can’t be returned.
How to Return
Just reach out to us at care@everlytravel.com to get started. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. A $25 processing fee will be taken out of your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
Refund Timing
Once your bag makes it back to us and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Order?
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know right away. We’ll fix it quickly — and at no cost to you.
