What materials are used in your bags?
Performance Vegan Leather
Everly bags are crafted from Performance Vegan Leather, a premium microfiber leather selected for its refined finish, structured feel, and everyday strength.
Unlike basic PVC-style faux leather, this material was chosen for its soft handfeel, polished appearance, and ability to stand up to daily wear. It is smooth, wipe-friendly, and designed for the high-contact reality of a work bag: laptop edges, desk corners, commutes, travel days, and everything in between.
Quality is in the details, too. From reinforced handles and clean stitching to protective metal feet, durable hardware, and a soft microfiber lining, every Everly bag is made to look polished, hold its shape, and work as hard as your day does.
Is this the same as regular vegan leather?
No. Vegan leather is a broad category. Everly uses premium microfiber leather, selected for a smoother handfeel, better structure, and stronger everyday performance than basic faux leather alternatives.
How should I care for my leather bag to ensure its longevity?
Our performance vegan leather is naturally scratch resistant and water resistant, so it’s made to handle everyday life with ease. To help it last even longer, wipe it clean with a soft cloth when needed, keep it away from moisture, avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, and store it in the dust bag it came with whenever it’s not in use. With just a little care, your bag will stay beautiful for years to come.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery at any time.
What is your return policy?
You may return items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them or for store credit. To initiate a return, please email us at care@everlytravel.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
For a refund, items must be sent back and postmarked within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Returns sent after this period may only qualify for store credit, on a case by case basis. All items must be in unused condition and include the original packaging. Make sure to obtain prior authorization through our returns portal before sending any items back.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of $25 will be applied to all refunds. This fee is waived if you opt for store credit instead of a refund. The fee covers the administrative and restocking costs associated with processing your return.
Can I exchange an item I ordered?
We do offer exchanges. Please note that there will be $15 administrative fee.
Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
Please initiate your return by emailing us at care@everlytravel.com and specify that you are opting for store credit. All exchanges processed for store credit are final. Should you return an item you purchased with store credit, you will be refunded in store credit.
How can I reach out if I have an order issue?
If your item has arrived defective or incorrect, please email us at care@everlytravel.com within 3 days of delivery. Kindly include images of the problem so we can quickly assess the situation and help resolve it.
Does the bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bags come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
